Schumacher Clinical Partners – an industry leader in clinical practice management – announced today it is changing its corporate name to SCP Health. The updated name and brand give the organization the space to emphasize the full scope of its offerings within healthcare and its commitment to overall clinical effectiveness.
“Health” in all its many forms – from servicing patients to outfitting hospitals – defines the company’s mission.
In addition to the new name and logo, the organization has also established a new tagline – Together, We Heal – to express what SCP Health works toward every day and the value the company presents to clinicians and hospitals alike.
“As we continued to grow and push forward into new services and regions, it became clear that there was a need to better communicate who we are and what we offer,” expressed SCP Health CEO Rich D’Amaro. “While we take enormous pride in the legacy and foundation that makes us who we are, the healthcare landscape is ever-changing. So, we are changing with it.”
Established in 1994, SCP Health – originally The Schumacher Group – was founded on the belief that there was a better way to deliver and manage emergency medical services in the hospital environment. Over time, that vision evolved to encompass a broader role as a clinical service partner.
Today, at its core, SCP Health works to bring hospitals and healers together in the pursuit of clinical effectiveness for the benefit of patients.
The new name and brand is taking effect immediately and will be implemented across the organization throughout the 2019 calendar year.
