Our physician leaders will be in attendance, including Dr. Rudy Taby, Chief Medical Officer of Hospital Medicine and Dr. Bently Tate, SCP Health’s Wellness Advocate, who will give a short presentation on the importance of clinician well-being and how to thrive in the current environment.
SCP Health takes the responsibility for our clinicians’ well-being seriously and has given increasing attention to clinician well-being over the last several years. We are working to raise awareness and address the issue at every level.
Led by Dr. Bentley Tate, SCP Health’s Chief Wellness Advocate, our wellness committee is spearheading efforts to lessen barriers to clinicians seeking mental health through changes in our credentialing process and promoting 24/7 resources. Recently, SCP Health began a pilot year with VitalWorkLife, a leading producer of clinician specific well-being resources and peer coaching.
We are a national company, reaching the local frontlines in a real and meaningful way through our dedication and commitment to clinician well-being.
