Job Description

  • 7on/7off Block Schedule with nights covered by telehospitalists
  • 20 hospital beds, 4 ICU beds
  • Hospitalists are not required to perform procedures
  • 15 shifts per month
  • Open ICU - short-term vent management experience (48 hours)
  • Sub-Specialty Support
  • BC/BE in ABIM/ABFM, ACLS
  • EMR: Cerner

Serving the region since 1950, accredited Harrison County Hospital is an acute care community facility located just 30 minutes from downtown Louisville. Affiliated with Norton Healthcare, Harrison County Hospital provides access to all the resources a large system offers with 24/7 emergency care, cardiopulmonary services, diagnostic imaging, tele-radiography, and more. HCH provides top-quality healthcare to the growing population of approximately 60,000 residents in Harrison and Crawford counties in Indiana and Meade County in Kentucky.
