- Critical Care Program covers both facilities
- Hospital Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 300; Oconomowoc Memorial 58
- ICU Beds: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 24; Oconomowoc 10
- Mandatory Consult ICUs
- Physician shifts: 7a-7p (on site Waukesha); 7p-7a On-call (for both facilities with Telemedicine capabilities)
NPPA shifts: Physician available via call or telemedicine 24-7- Waukesha 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- Oconomowoc 7a-7p
- 7-on; 7-off scheduling
- NPPAs rotate between the two sites if they are not Nocturnist
- EMR: EPIC
- Nurse Practitioners must be ACNP certified
- Full-time providers are employed with benefits
